We also have to say that Mallorca has just recently also been acknowledged as having the best detached house in the world right here in Palma. This award was granted by the most important architectural judges in the world, the World Architecture Festival. The winner was the MM House designed by the Architecture Studio OHLAB and the building incorporates ecological and environmental values.
Without a doubt the island still possesses unique characteristics and, above all, an unbeatable quality of life which inspires many of the tourists who visit to establish their residence here.
